Shipping & Returns

What is the status of my order?

When will my order ship?

Shipping estimates at checkout are BUSINESS DAYS (No weekends or holidays)

Orders place before 3pm EST (during normal business hours) will ship same day. Any order placed after 3pm EST will ship NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

I need to return an item. How do I do that?

A return request of an UNOPENED product must be made within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.  Note that all returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a $15.00 return shipment fee.

Products that have been opened are NOT eligible for a return.

My order is missing. How do I make a claim?

A missing package request must be made within 14 days of receiving your ‘shipping confirmation’ email.

I received a damaged shipment. What do I do?

A damaged package request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your ‘shipment delivered’ email notification.  Note that damaged products must be returned to us in order to receive a refund.

Pay As You Go Subscription Details:

Pick one or more tequilas to be delivered at your desired interval

Free ground shipping

Select delivery cadence - Have your Tequila delivered monthly, or every 2, 4, or 6 months

Requires a minimum of 2 shipments before cancellation

Will continue charging as shipped until canceled

Self-service subscription management options:

- Swap products (price changes based on product selected)

- Update quantities

- Change order date

- Update delivery interval

- Pause or skip orders anytime

- View history and upcoming orders

- Update credit card and address

Prepaid subscriptions

Prepaid Subscription Details 

Pick one of your favorite tequilas to be delivered at your desired interval

Limit of 1 (one) product on prepaid subscriptions

Free ground shipping

Select delivery cadence - Have your Tequila delivered monthly, or every 2, 4, or 6 months

Prepaid gift subscriptions expire at end of the prepaid period

You can renew your subscription at end of the prepaid period

More prepaid shipments = more savings:

- 4 shipments = Free ground shipping + 5% discount

- 6 shipments = Free ground shipping + 10% discount

- 12 shipments = Free ground shipping + 15% discount

- View history and upcoming orders

- Update credit card and address
