About the brand
Mezcal Derrumbes’ collection of mezcal takes agave lovers on a journey through on the traditions, terroir, and agaves, unique to the Mexian state in which each mezcal is produced. Derrumbes celebrates the fact that mezcal is the most biodiverse Appellation of Origin in the world by bringing together expressions from Oaxaca, San Luis Potosi, Durango, Michoacan, Zacatecas, and Tamaulipas. Each expression has its own story, process, and maestro, telling the story of the surrounding environment. Mezcal Derrumbes is a project from two, well respected and established agave veterans, Esteban Morales, owner of La Venenosa raicilla, and Sergio Mendoza owner of Tequila Don Fulano.
