The agaves for Casa Dragones are hand-harvested in the rich volcanic soil of the Valley of Tequila, Jalisco, then delicately crafted through a sustainable and modern method of production to deliver a bright, smooth taste. For each batch, we extract fresh, natural spring water from underground aquifers, then put through a state-of-the-art purification process to harmonize perfectly with our tequila. Each bottle of Casa Dragones is labeled, signed and numbered by hand, hallmarking their commitment to quality.
Casa Dragones is inspired by the independent spirit of the legendary Dragones cavalry of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, who masterminded Mexico's Independence movement of 1810. La Casa Dragones, the original 17th century stables of the Dragones cavalry, is the spiritual home of the tequila, and has been recently restored and redesigned as a stunning showcase of mid-century modern and contemporary Mexican design, specific to Mexico’s Bajío region.
