Casa Dragones Blanco is a small-batch, sipping-grade tequila from Jalisco that redefines what a blanco can be, crafted by Master Distiller Bertha Gonzalez Nieves with an unwavering focus on purity and precision.

Produced in the heart of the Tequila region of Jalisco under NOM 1489, this 100% Blue Agave silver tequila undergoes an innovative distillation process designed to preserve the true, unadulterated character of the agave plant from which it is born.

  • Nose: Fresh and herbaceous with bright notes of grapefruit and green apple.
  • Palate: A unique balance of semi-sweet agave warmed by gentle hints of pepper and cloves.
  • Finish: Crisp and light with lingering hints of almond and a clean, bright aftertaste.

Casa Dragones Blanco shines on its own over a large ice cube, but it also elevates craft cocktails beautifully, bringing clean agave character to a classic Paloma or a refined Tequila Martini.

Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to appreciate its full complexity, this expression is crafted from 100% Blue Agave grown in Tequila, Jalisco, and represents the standard for artisanal blanco tequila done right.

Casa Dragones was founded in 2009 by Bertha González Nieves, the first woman certified as a Maestra Tequilera, and MTV co-founder Bob Pittman. For the first release, the Joven, she brought Maestro Tequilero Benjamín García out of retirement. The tequila is made in small batches from Blue Weber agave hand-harvested in the volcanic soil of the Tequila valley, with spring water from the headwaters of the Volcano of Tequila. The Tequila Regulatory Council recognizes its modern process for using less water and energy. Every bottle is labeled, signed and numbered by hand.

Tequila is the town that gave the spirit its name, set at about 1,180 meters in the valley below the Tequila volcano, some 60 km northwest of Guadalajara. Blue agave covers the volcanic soils between the volcano and the canyon of the Río Grande de Santiago, a landscape UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006. Large-scale agave distilling began here around 1600, and several of the oldest working distilleries in Mexico still operate in town. Tequila was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2003.
