Espanita Double Barrel Anejo Tequila takes the art of aging to a new level, resting first in American white oak for a minimum of 12 months before spending an additional 8 months in Kentucky Bourbon casks for a finish that is truly one of a kind.
Crafted by Master Distiller Beto Ramirez under NOM 1467 in the high-altitude agave country of Los Altos, Jalisco, this anejo is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and shaped by a double-barrel process that bridges the worlds of premium tequila and American whiskey tradition.
- Nose: Enticing aromas of honey oak, roasted agave, and vanilla butterscotch with inviting hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit.
- Palate: A luxurious blend of caramel, roasted nuts, and coconut butter, layered with earthy agave, sauteed herbs, and warming spices for a smooth, seamless experience.
- Finish: Long and richly textured, with lingering notes of baking spice, caramel, and a gentle bourbon warmth that fades beautifully.
Espanita Double Barrel Anejo shines in cocktails that welcome depth and complexity. It brings a decadent twist to a classic Old Fashioned and adds unexpected richness to a Tequila Sour.
Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to let the full range of flavors develop. Produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in Los Altos, Jalisco, this is a spirit built for slow sipping and genuine appreciation.
