A living tradition in every bottle, Yola Pechuga Mezcal is crafted through a rare third distillation in which a turkey breast hangs above a bath of seasonal fruits, drawing flavor into the spirit in a way no other method can replicate.


Produced at Yola Distillery in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca under NOM 524, this blanco mezcal is infused during its final distillation with orange, tangerine, lime, guayaba, pineapple, and tejocote, a process that layers bright citrus complexity over the spirit's natural smokiness. The bottle itself is crafted from recycled glass with an embossed label and gold foil finish, a fitting vessel for a mezcal of this character.

Yola Mezcal is handcrafted and organic, and run solely by women. Using a family recipe and agaves harvested on a family farm that was purchased in 1971, it is produced in San Juan Del Rio and bottled by women of Oaxaca, as their factory employs only women who are paid a fair wage. Yola Mezcal is led by three women: La Clandestina Mezcaleria’s Yola Jimenez, chef and stylist Gina Correll Aglietti, and musician Lykke Li.
