Crafted at NOM 1108 in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, this additive-free expression is produced using traditional methods that have defined the El Tequileno legacy for three generations. Volcanic spring water from the Volcan de Tequila feeds the process, while highland agave is slow-cooked in autoclaves, fermented in open tanks, and distilled through copper pot stills before resting in pipones. Nearly all distillery and field byproduct is reclaimed, making El Tequileno one of the most sustainability-forward producers in the region.
