This complete Insolito bundle brings together all four expressions in the lineup: one bottle each of the Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo, all in 750mL bottles at 80 proof and 40% ABV. It is everything the brand has to offer, in a single, satisfying purchase.

Buying the full collection is the most rewarding way to experience Insolito, allowing you to trace the spirit from its bright, unaged form through progressively richer barrel-rested expressions. Whether you are new to the brand or filling out your home bar, this set offers real value and a genuine education in what thoughtful tequila making looks like from start to finish.

Insólito is made at Premium de Jalisco, the distillery brothers Octavio and Alberto Herrera built 7,200 feet up in the Sierra del Tigre mountains near Mazamitla. Alberto is the master distiller. The agave is a blend of 80% highland and 20% lowland Blue Weber, slow cooked for more than 20 hours in steam ovens the brothers designed, fermented slowly in the cool mountain air and distilled twice in long-necked stainless steel pot stills. The aged expressions rest in new American oak. The brand was created in partnership with the country band Midland.
LOCATION

Mazamitla, Jalisco

Mazamitla is a mountain town in the Sierra del Tigre of southeast Jalisco, about 124 kilometers south of Guadalajara at roughly 2,200 meters. Pine and oak forest cover its hills, and the climate is mild, with dry winters and summer rains. Its name comes from the Nahuatl for a place where deer are hunted with arrows, and it is a Pueblo Mágico known for its cabins and mountain scenery. It sits far from the traditional tequila towns but inside the tequila denomination of origin, which covers all of Jalisco.
