La Capilla Reposado is a rare and deeply traditional Cocuy, crafted from 100% wild agaves and shaped by generations of family artistry rooted in Venezuela's ancestral spirits heritage.

Produced at the family's Colonial Hacienda, home to La Capilla, this Cocuy follows a process unlike any other. Wild agaves are roasted in earth ovens before distillation, and the spirit then rests for two months in rum barrels to absorb warmth and depth. It is then transferred back to glass, where it continues to mature for a full 12 months, a practice the family has honored for generations to preserve the spirit's pure, natural character.
