Fall 2025 Release

Agave Source: La Sabina Ranch Located in Guanajuato near La Romita, La Sabina is a high-altitude ranch cradled in a valley surrounded by mountains. Here, agave grows among huizache (Sweet Acacia) trees, rooted in dark, dry, and dense soils. Dramatic swings in temperature, strong winds, and occasional frost create stress conditions that yield slow-growing, intensely flavorful agave. The result is an extraordinary tequila with soul, structure, and story.
