Crafted by Master Distiller Edgar Angeles Carreno and the Angeles family in the mountain village of Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca, this mezcal is distilled in small clay pot stills using wild fermentation in open wooden vats, with sustainably grown agave. The pechuga process, historically reserved for celebrations, yields a spirit of remarkable texture and layered complexity.
