Born from a legendary collaboration between rock icon Sammy Hagar, celebrity chef Guy Fieri, and third-generation master distiller Juan Eduardo Nunez, Santo Anejo Tequila is a premium aged expression that earns its place among the finest spirits to come out of Jalisco.
Crafted at the historic Tequila el Viejito distillery in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco under NOM 1107, this anejo tequila is rested for an average of 24 months in lightly charred used American oak barrels, a patient aging process that builds remarkable depth and complexity. Confirmed additive free by Tequila Matchmaker, Santo Anejo is a transparent expression of what great agave and time can achieve together.
- Nose: Fresh agave leads the way, layered with milk chocolate and a whisper of light vanilla.
- Palate: Full bodied and rich, with prominent agave character, toasted oak, and a subtle herbal influence woven throughout.
