Master Distiller Sergio Cruz ferments each batch with organic champagne yeast, a process conducted, famously, to the accompaniment of classical music.


Produced at NOM 1414, Yeyo Blanco draws on agave cultivated entirely on the estate, free of fertilizers and chemical intervention. The result is a highland blanco tequila with the kind of terroir-driven character that sets Arandas, Jalisco apart, bright, mineral, and alive with the raw energy of the plant itself.
