About Alma Finca Orange Liqueur

Alma Finca is an orange liqueur made in Mexico from fresh ingredients grown on the Yucatán Peninsula, the country's citrus capital. Bitter and sweet oranges, orange, lime and lemon leaves are selected, peeled and prepared by hand, along with allspice and achiote from the Mérida market. Each ingredient macerates on its own in neutral cane spirit for five days before everything is blended. The name means soul and estate in Spanish, and the citrus story starts in Oxkutzcab, in southern Yucatán.

Base: Neutral cane spirit
Botanicals: Bitter and sweet orange, citrus leaves, allspice, achiote
Maceration: Each ingredient alone for five days, then blended
