About Gran Casalá Tequila

Gran Casalá takes its name from the casalá, a Jalisco wildflower known for growing upward, and the crystal cap on every bottle is shaped like its bloom. The tequila is made at Tequilera La Noria, NOM 1494, from blue Weber agave grown six to eight years. Piñas are slow cooked with steam in masonry ovens, milled, fermented with kosher-certified Aztec yeast and double distilled in small batches. Fourth-generation master distiller Don Mariano leads production alongside Vidal Rivera, who brings more than two decades of experience.
