About Olujo Tequila

Olujo Añejo is made at Fábrica de Tequilas Finos, NOM 1472, in the town of Tequila, about 1,267 meters above sea level. Blue agave from Los Altos is cooked in autoclaves, crushed in a four-step roller mill, fermented with champagne yeast and deep well water, and distilled twice in pot stills. The Añejo then rests 18 months in white American oak and is finished as a single barrel. Olujo set out to pair the know-how of lifelong maestros with modern distilling precision, and its Añejo won Gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
