About Poral Coffee Liqueur

Poral is a Mexican coffee liqueur from the team behind Cambio Tequila, led by founder and chef John Des Rosiers. Its base is Cambio Blanco, an additive-free tequila from the Jalisco highlands made at ZB Distillery. Highland coffee from Chiapas gets a warm first infusion, then a 40-hour cold brew that keeps acidity low and brings out its chocolate notes. Each bottle gets just 60 grams of organic cane sugar from Veracruz. The name is short for atemporal, a time without end.
