About Vendedor de Sueños Tequila

Vendedor de Sueños, Spanish for dream seller, is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila made under NOM 1604 in Los Altos de Jalisco. The Highlands agave is cooked in brick ovens, then crushed with a tahona, the heavy stone wheel used to press cooked agave the old way. The juice ferments in the open air in wooden tanks, with deep well water. It is distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils and bottled at 40% ABV. The blanco is also kosher.
