Produced from 100% blue agave and bottled by hand at the source, Nocturna blends two distinct distillates from NOM 1414: 80% fermented with natural wild yeast for raw, earthy character, and 20% fermented with champagne yeast for a refined lift. Nothing added, nothing filtered out, just agave, water, yeast, and the terroir of the Jalisco highlands.

• Nose: Strong cooked agave, cinnamon, cinnamon candy, cracked black pepper, and a hint of spice
• Palate: Sweet and spicy with bold notes of cooked agave and warming spices
