Tasting Notes

Aroma: Soft notes of cooked agave, cinnamon, earth, and oak

Palate: Cooked agave followed immediately with notes of oak, cloves and cinnamon spice, ripe bananas, the alcohol becomes present in the finish for a slightly dry/bitter punch but is followed by a cooling, creamy mouthfeel with licorice bits
