Crafted with old-world patience, Cascahuin Reposado is a stone-oven-roasted, additive-free tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco that proves restraint and tradition still produce the most compelling spirits.
Under the guidance of Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales, Cascahuin Reposado is produced at NOM 1123 using 100% blue agave slow-roasted in stone ovens, then copper pot distilled and aged 6 to 8 months in well-seasoned American oak barrels with over 20 years of tequila maturation history. That combination of ancient roasting technique and patient barrel aging gives this reposado its signature earthy depth and soft, savory character. Verified Additive Free by Tequila Matchmaker.
- Nose: Soft notes of cooked agave, cinnamon, warm earth, and subtle oak.
- Palate: Cooked agave leads into oak, cloves, and cinnamon spice, with ripe banana sweetness mid-palate. The finish brings a slightly dry, spiced punch that gives way to a cooling, creamy mouthfeel with hints of licorice.
- Finish: Lasting, bright, and creamy.
Cascahuin Reposado shines on its own over a large ice cube, but its earthy spice and natural sweetness also make it an exceptional base for a classic Paloma or a refined Old Fashioned riff.

Tasting Notes
Palate: Cooked agave followed immediately with notes of oak, cloves and cinnamon spice, ripe bananas, the alcohol becomes present in the finish for a slightly dry/bitter punch but is followed by a cooling, creamy mouthfeel with licorice bits
