Aged 20 months in French Oak barrels, Don Cayo Anejo is a richly layered tequila from El Arenal, Jalisco that rewards sippers who appreciate depth, sweetness, and an exceptionally smooth finish.
Crafted at Tequilera Puerta de Hierro under NOM 1477, this anejo is made with 100% Valley agave slow-roasted in traditional stone clay ovens, a process that coaxes out the natural sweetness of the plant before distillation. The extended French Oak aging lends Don Cayo Anejo its characteristic warmth and complexity without sacrificing the approachable character that defines the best spirits from this Jalisco valley region.
