Tasting Notes

Aroma: Vanilla, cooked agave, light oak, white flowers

Palate: Cooked agave and vanilla continue to shine through mirroring the aromas with the addition of mild black pepper, soft floral notes, and rounded out with a hint of smokiness from the charred oak. Complex but easy to drink, and true to an agave-forward profile

Finish: Lasting, slightly dry
