TASTE: Sweet cooked agave notes shine through, while balancing with the sweet spice, cinnamon, and delicate notes of vanilla.

BODY & COLOR: Rested for 8 weeks and 8 days in ex-American Oak whiskey barrels developing a slight translucent amber color.

FINISH: Long and creamy finish.

Aroma: Zesty green agave, mint, vanilla, orange blossom

Palate: A true bell curve of flavors starting with light caramel and cooked agave evolving to bruleed grapefruit, white pepper and milk chocolate, finishing with bright tones of lemon zest and ripe stone fruit
