Before you order

What does hand-vetted actually mean?

Our in-house experts taste every bottle before it earns a spot on the shelf. We check the producer, the process, and the pour, and we only carry 100% agave from people we know. If we would not pour it, we do not sell it.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Anything after 3pm ET ships the next business day. Shipping estimates at checkout are in business days, so weekends and holidays do not count.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

SavedBy Protection is available on every order at checkout and covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages, usually with a replacement on its way within one business day. Add it at checkout and you are covered.

Can I return a bottle?

Unopened bottles can be returned if you tell us within 7 days of delivery and ship them back within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee and $15 return shipping apply. Opened or engraved bottles cannot be returned, and we do not take returns on taste preference.

Can I send a bottle as a gift?

Yes. Gift wrap, a handwritten note, and engraving on most bottles, shipped straight to them with the receipt left out. Engraved bottles cannot be returned, so double check the spelling.
