About Mi Campo Tequila

Mi Campo, from Constellation Brands, is made with blue Weber agave from Jalisco that matures for seven years. The cooked piñas are pressed gently rather than crushed, to draw out the agave's natural honey character without bitterness. Fermentation takes place in open-air tanks among fragrant citrus trees, and the spirit is double distilled. It then rests in French oak barrels that once aged Napa Valley wine, Chardonnay for the Blanco and Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon for the Reposado. The name is Spanish for my field.
