About Trascendente Mezcal

Mezcal Trascendente is made in the Tlacolula Valley of Oaxaca, a Zapotec region within a UNESCO-recognized landscape, with the know-how of a five-generation maestro mezcalero. Its agaves are grown by native communities in the Central Valleys and cooked with sustainable wood from the Sierra Juárez. Fermentation is slow and wild, with natural yeasts, and smoke exposure is kept low so the agave leads. Each batch is distilled twice with careful cuts and made with mineral-rich spring water from Yagul. Launched in 2020, the brand also supports hummingbird rescue and pollinator gardens.
