1800 Cristalino Anejo is where aged complexity meets luminous clarity, a tequila that undergoes a meticulous filtration process to strip its deep amber hue while preserving every layer of flavor earned during its time in oak.

Crafted in the Jalisco Highlands from 100% blue Weber agave, 1800 Cristalino Anejo begins as a fully matured anejo tequila before being charcoal filtered to achieve its signature crystal-clear appearance. The result is a spirit that carries the soul of a well-aged tequila in a bottle that looks like pure silver.

  • Nose: Warm vanilla, toasted oak, and sweet agave mingle with subtle hints of dried fruit and light caramel
  • Palate: Silky and refined, with layers of cooked agave, butterscotch, dark chocolate, and a whisper of baking spice
  • Finish: Long and smooth, with a gentle sweetness and soft woody notes that linger without heat

1800 Cristalino Anejo shines in an elevated Tequila Old Fashioned, where its smooth depth holds its own against bitters and sweetener. It is equally at home in a Cristalino Paloma, letting its refined character elevate a simple, refreshing build.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its full range of flavors. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, sourced from Jalisco, Mexico.

1800 Tequila takes its name from the year the Beckmann family first put tequila in oak barrels, and Juan Beckmann Vidal launched 1800 Añejo in the 1970s. It is made at La Rojeña in the town of Tequila, Jalisco (NOM 1122). Agave is steam-roasted in masonry brick ovens for 36 to 40 hours, crushed in a four-step roller mill and fermented with the distillery's own yeast in closed stainless tanks. Every batch is double distilled in copper pot stills, and the aged expressions rest in new American and French oak.
LOCATION

Tequila, Jalisco

Tequila is the town that gave the spirit its name, set at about 1,180 meters in the valley below the Tequila volcano, some 60 km northwest of Guadalajara. Blue agave covers the volcanic soils between the volcano and the canyon of the Río Grande de Santiago, a landscape UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006. Large-scale agave distilling began here around 1600, and several of the oldest working distilleries in Mexico still operate in town. Tequila was named a Pueblo Mágico in 2003.
