Authentico is made from 100% USDA Organic certified blue weber agave, using a careful selection of mature agaves from both the highlands and valley regions of Jalisco. The agave juices are gently extracted by the oldest mill in the tequila industry, a 4-step trapiche roller mill dating back to the late 1800s, now powered by solar energy.
