Crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Alejandro Lopez at NOM 1416, this extra anejo tequila embodies the terroir-driven character of Jalisco's agave landscape. Each bottle is hand-etched, signaling the rare, small-batch nature of this release and its place at the top of Avion's portfolio.

Nose: Rich and inviting aromas of oak, vanilla, chocolate, and warm cinnamon spice, complemented by delicate hints of minerality, lime zest, and fresh agave.
Palate: Creamy and layered, with honey, pepper, cooked agave, and cinnamon giving way to bright notes of brown sugar and a grounding mineral quality.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering sweetness and a gentle spice that reflects the spirit's extended barrel maturation.

Avión is slow roasted over three days in traditional brick ovens to ensure the agave is caramelized to perfection and then distilled in small batches to ensure a smooth sipping tequila.The result is a smooth taste and aroma, perfect for sipping on the rocks or in a cocktail.
