Cambio Anejo Tequila is a spirit defined by patience, crafted for those who appreciate the depth that time and fine agave can produce. Rich, refined, and unmistakably complex, this anejo expression from Cambio Tequila rewards every sip.

Aged in oak barrels to meet the standards of true anejo tequila, Cambio draws on the traditions of Jalisco's blue agave heritage to deliver a spirit that balances structure with warmth. The extended aging process softens the agave's natural intensity while layering in the character that anejo lovers seek.

  • Nose: Warm oak, vanilla, and dried fruit with subtle hints of caramel and toasted spice
  • Palate: Smooth and full-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate, cooked agave, and light cinnamon spice
  • Finish: Long and warming, with a gentle sweetness and lingering oak

Cambio Anejo shines neat or on the rocks, letting its aged complexity take center stage. For cocktail lovers, it elevates a classic Old Fashioned or adds remarkable depth to an Anejo Manhattan.

Best enjoyed neat or over a large ice cube to appreciate its full range of flavor. Cambio Anejo Tequila is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, rooted in the storied tequila-producing highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

Cambio is the work of chef and sommelier John des Rosiers, who toured 18 distilleries before partnering with ZB Distillery (NOM 1605) in the Jalisco highlands. Estate agave from the Ruvalcaba family's Ruvalferti farms is cooked whole in brick ovens, then crushed by tahona. Fermentation runs cold and slow in wooden tanks with wine yeasts, and the spirit is double distilled to a lower proof than most. The core Blanco, Reposado and Añejo then rest in used French oak wine barrels. Even the label is made from amate, a bark paper with roots in Maya and Aztec times.
