This exceptional batch begins with extraordinarily high-sugar agave, fermented at roughly one-third the temperature of traditional tequila production to preserve delicate complexity. Distillation captures only the hearts cut, discarding the heads and tails entirely for uncompromising clarity of character. The anejo then rests across two distinct barrels: one French oak barrel previously seasoned with Cambio's own reposado, and one spiced gin barrel, each lending a separate dimension to the final blend.
