Rooted in the artisanal mezcal traditions of Oaxaca, this expression is produced using time-honored small-batch methods that honor the full life cycle of the agave. The capone designation sets it apart, as allowing the espadin to send up its quiote before harvest concentrates sugars and introduces a distinctive floral and vegetal character rarely found in standard espadin releases.
