Crafted under the guidance of Master Distiller Felipe J. Camarena in the storied highlands of Jesus Maria, Jalisco, Don Vicente Extra Anejo is a testament to what patience and precision can coax from agave. Aged a minimum of three years in used American White Oak Bourbon barrels, this is extra anejo tequila elevated to an art form.
Produced at NOM 1579, each barrel is carefully managed through controlled oxygenation, a technique that ensures no single flavor overwhelms the others and that the spirit reaches the glass in a state of rare, well-rounded harmony. The result is an extra anejo that reflects both the volcanic soils of Jalisco and the deep influence of American oak over time.
