Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco at the historic El Viejito Distillery (NOM 1107), this 100% additive-free tequila honors the centuries-old art of traditional distillation. Under the expert guidance of Master Distiller Karina Rojo, we reject mass-production shortcuts, starting only with premium, hand-harvested Blue Weber agave grown in rich volcanic soils. By slow roasting our agave in traditional brick hornos for a total of 40 hours, fermenting naturally, and distilling in small batches using classic copper pot stills, we ensure every bottle captures the true essence of the agave. The result is a pure, unapologetic spirit with a rich, deep flavor profile—crafted exactly the way tequila was always meant to be made.
