Aged 12 months in stripped and re-charred American Oak Bourbon barrels, El Bandido Yankee Anejo is a 100% additive-free Highland tequila that refuses to compromise on craft or character.
Produced at the historic El Viejito Distillery (NOM 1107) in the highlands of Jalisco under the guidance of Master Distiller Karina Rojo, this anejo tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave using traditional distillation methods that reject every mass-production shortcut.
- Nose: Agave, vanilla, papaya, butterscotch, and coffee
- Palate: Agave, vanilla, cherry, baking spices, woody notes, and almond
- Finish: Black pepper, agave, oak, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange peel
