A single-terroir blanco tequila from the chalky, calcium-carbonate rich highlands of Michoacan, the Fuenteseca Cosecha Huerta Las Antenas 2018 is a vintage collector's release that spent two years resting before reaching your glass. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca sourced over-ripe agaves grown at approximately 5,000 feet elevation, coaxing a depth of character rarely found in an unaged expression.

Produced at NOM 1146 and verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker, this Jalisco-rooted brand channels the mineral-rich terroir of its single estate into every bottle. The over-ripe agaves bring an intensity that elevates this blanco well beyond the category standard, while the two-year pre-release rest allows the flavors to settle into something truly collectible.

  • Nose: Cooked agave, fresh basil, tarragon, and bright orange peel come together in an herbal, citrus-lifted opening.
  • Palate: Bold minerality leads into floral notes, followed by preserved meyer lemon citrus. A light salinity creates a beautiful salty-sweet balance alongside honeyed agave flavors.
  • Finish: Full-bodied and lingering, with a long farewell of sweetness and citrus oil that rewards slow sipping.

The bright citrus and mineral backbone make this blanco tequila a natural choice for an elevated Tommy's Margarita or a minimalist Tequila Sour where the spirit can remain front and center.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube to appreciate its terroir-driven complexity. An additive-free, single-estate blanco from the Tequila region of Jalisco, crafted from 100% blue agave by one of Mexico's most respected distillers.

Enrique Fonseca began experimenting with aging extra añejo tequilas back in the early 2000’s and not only varies the time the Tequila rests, but the types of barrels and altitudes in which they do so. From the traditional American and French oak barrels to used bourbon casks, or wine barrels, Enrique has created some of the most unique aged tequilas available. The Fuenteseca line starts at a minimum of 7 years and reaches all the way up to 21 years. Given that blue weber agave takes 8-10 years to mature to be used to make tequila, these expressions can take nearly 30 years to produce.
