Produced at Tequila Selecto de Amatitan under NOM 1459 in the highland-adjacent valley town of Amatitan, Jalisco, this expression draws on blue agave grown in one of Mexico's most storied tequila regions, slowly aged to develop a depth and richness that sets it apart from younger categories.
