Agave Mexicano is a lesser know and rarer varietal than it's cousin Espadin. The Mexicano Agaves used in this Mezcal have matured for 10 years creating more complex flavors that are highly sought after by connoisseurs.

Tahona crushed, cooked underground in a river rock lined concave pit oven using oak wood, fermented in pine wood tubs and double distilled using alembic copper stills.

This is a nuanced and balanced mezcal perfect for sipping or upscale agave cocktails.
