Pa'lante is Mexican rum made with Cuban tradition, led by CEO Eric Zurita, whose father Edis distilled rum in Havana in the 1980s. Master Blender Jorge Perez, Edis's former colleague and a PhD chemical engineer who studies how wood shapes a spirit, builds the blends with a partner distillery in Mexico. The core Blanco, Reposado and Añejo are made with no additives or added sugar, and are kosher and gluten-free. The Añejo splits its blend between American and Mexican white oak, and its youngest rum is eight years old.
