Born from a journey to the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, this exclusive single barrel anejo is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Rob Gerard of Tequila Collective, Lauren Castano of Love in Tequila, and Sip Tequila. From three exceptional Partida anejo barrels hand-selected at the source, one rose above the rest: Barrel No. 34.

Partida Tequila is crafted in Tequila, Jalisco, using traditional production methods that honor the region's deep agave heritage. This collaboration brought our team directly to the distillery floor, where an immersive day of tasting and evaluation shaped the selection of a single barrel bottled at cask strength for unfiltered, unadulterated character.

• Nose: Rich and inviting with the warmth of aged oak, caramel, and hints of dried fruit characteristic of a well-rested Jalisco anejo.
• Palate: Layered and complex, delivering notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and cooked agave sweetness that reflect the care behind Partida's aging process.
• Finish: Long and smooth with a lingering warmth and subtle spice that showcases the depth of cask strength aging.

This single barrel anejo is exceptional on its own, but its richness also shines in an Anejo Old Fashioned or a classic Tequila Manhattan, where its oak-forward depth anchors every sip.
