Purasangre sources its agaves from Atotonilco El Alto, a region celebrated for producing piñas with exceptional character and depth. The distillation process is a two-stage affair, beginning in stainless steel alembic pot stills before a second pass through copper pot stills, a method that preserves the raw vitality of the agave while refining the spirit's texture and complexity.
