A limited, high-proof blanco built to put the Tequila Valley on full display. Distilled at NOM 1123, the historic El Arenal distillery also behind Cascahuín, Aniversario is a pure expression of traditional lowland tequila: deep agave, mineral drive, and unmistakable terroir.

Bottled at 46% ABV rather than the standard 80 proof, this blanco carries noticeably more weight, texture, and concentration in the glass. The Tequilana Weber agave comes from the Valles region of Jalisco, where volcanic soils and lowland growing conditions yield the earthy, herbal, mineral-rich character the region is known for. Production follows old-school methods: stone or brick oven cooking, roller mill extraction, deep well water, open stainless fermentation with agave fibers, and double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils. Additive-free, start to finish.

The result is powerful but poised. Cooked agave and wet stone up front, citrus lift through the middle, then olive brine, fresh herbs, and cracked black pepper on a long, mineral finish. For drinkers who want raw, unvarnished valley tequila with nothing hiding behind proof or sweetness, Aniversario is a bottle worth slowing down for. Best neat, at room temperature, in a copita.
