Rooted in the highlands of El Arenal, Jalisco, the Siembra Valles Reposado is a masterclass in traditional tequila craftsmanship, shaped by the steady hands of Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales. This is a reposado built for those who seek authenticity over artifice.

Produced at NOM 1123 in the Valles region of Jalisco, Siembra Valles draws from the rich volcanic soils and warm lowland climate that give Valles-style tequila its distinctive character. The blue Weber agave is harvested at peak maturity, cooked in traditional ovens, and rested in oak barrels for a minimum of two months, allowing the spirit to develop depth and structure without losing the vibrant agave soul at its core.

  • Nose: Fresh cooked agave, earthy minerality, and gentle oak with hints of citrus zest and light vanilla.
  • Palate: Bright and expressive, with roasted agave, green pepper, warm baking spice, and a touch of caramel rounding out the Valles terroir.
  • Finish: Clean and lingering, with soft oak tannins, dried herb, and a pleasant warmth that fades slowly.

The Siembra Valles Reposado shines in a classic Paloma, where its herbaceous brightness plays beautifully against grapefruit, or sipped neat in a traditional Tequila Old Fashioned to let the oak and agave speak for themselves.

Best enjoyed neat or on a large cube to appreciate its full range; crafted from 100% blue Weber agave in El Arenal, Jalisco, by one of Mexico's most respected traditional producers.

El Arenal sits at about 1,450 meters in the Tequila valley west of Guadalajara and is known as the gateway to agave country. Its name comes from the sandy ground of the first settlement, and it belonged to Amatitán until it became its own municipality in 1923. Most of the land is flat or gently rolling farmland on volcanic rock, planted with blue agave and corn. Tequila making is the main industry, and the town lies within the Agave Landscape that UNESCO named a World Heritage Site in 2006.
