Aroma: cooked agave, citrus, cracked pepper, cut grass

Palate: slightly spicy up front but minimizes as it sits open in a glass, allow this one some time to open up as it evolves into lightly sweet agave, pops of cracked pepper, citrus peel, and some tropical notes

Finish: sharp and crisp finish with a small lingering sweetness
