Tequila Scenario comes from Diego Gonzalez and his wife Amina Bursese, and it is named for Scenario, one of Diego's beloved horses. Diego grew up working horses on his family's cattle ranch in Mexico, and each bottle carries photographs of the couple's Spanish stallions by equine artist Elise Genest. The tequila blends Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco Highlands and the Tequila Valley, cooked by steam for about 24 hours, fermented naturally for 52 to 56 hours and double distilled in copper stills. The Reposado and Añejo rest in single-use Jack Daniel's whiskey barrels. Every bottle is assembled by hand, from cork to box.
