Batch 6: For the first time, we’ve created a unique blend of blanco tequila rested in barrels for two different time periods. By combining 80% tequila rested for 3 weeks with 20% rested for 7 weeks, we’ve achieved a balanced expression that brings subtle complexity while preserving the bright, crisp character of a traditional blanco.
