Each batch of Ensueño’s barrel-rested blanco brings subtle nuances in flavor and aromas and batch no. 8 is no different. With an expanded cellar of extra-rare wheated bourbon casks, Oscar & Sergio selected their favorites for our final blend of 2025. With a resting time of a full-month (30 days) the profile delivers an incredible harmony of cooked agave and gentle barrel notes. 
 
This micro small batch is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico using only three all-natural ingredients: agave, water and yeast. Our artisanal production process utilizes traditional stone ovens, natural open-air fermentation and barrel-resting in rare casks to create Ensueño’s signature flavors and aromas. Due to the terroir and all-natural production process - each batch is unique and never replicated again. We hope you enjoy this special batch #8 vintage created through a unique collaboration between renowned Master Distiller Sergio Cruz & Master Blender Oscar Vasquez Camarena.
