Tasting Notes
Aroma: sweet citrus, grassy, butterscotch
Palate: prominent citrus and earthy smoke, mint, full flavored agave with a slightly oily mouthfeel, herbal notes like green pepper and limes, great minerality
Finish:sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon come at the end, lasting pleasant finish.

About the Brand
Yola Mezcal is handcrafted and organic, and run solely by women. Using a family recipe and agaves harvested on a family farm that was purchased in 1971, it is produced in San Juan Del Rio and bottled by women of Oaxaca, as their factory employs only women who are paid a fair wage.Yola Mezcal is led by three women: La Clandestina Mezcaleria’s Yola Jimenez, chef and stylist Gina Correll Aglietti, and musician Lykke Li.
