─ Behind the Brand ─

About Tesoro Azul

Tesoro Azul is the tequila of Marco Antonio Solís, the beloved Mexican singer and songwriter, who chose it after tasting it on a visit to the distilleries of Jalisco. It launched in 2022 and is made at Productos Finos de Agave in Jesús María, in the Jalisco Highlands. Highland agave cooks in brick ovens for 72 hours, then is milled, fermented with the distillery's own yeast and double distilled. Aged expressions rest in American white oak barrels that once held whisky, and women from the surrounding community bottle and label every batch, much of it still by hand.
