Participants provide:
- Shopping list ingredients.
Pepino Fresco
Cucumber, basil, lime
Shopping List: 1 english cucumber, fresh basil leaves, 1 lime or fresh lime juice, Cointreau or other orange liqueur, agave nectar
Equipment: cocktail shaker, muddler, juicer (for the limes if opting to squeeze yourself!), tall glass (collins or highball)
Palmoma Sour
grapefruit, lime, agave, frothy foam
Shopping List: fresh red grapefruit juice, 1 lime or fresh lime juice, agave nectar, ice, club soda, angostura bitters
Equipment: cocktail shaker, fancy rocks glass
Spicy Smoky Margarita
lime, agave, pineapple, jalapeno, smoked salt
Shopping List: 2 limes OR 1 lime for garnish and fresh lime juice, 1 jalapeño, pineapple juice, agave nectar, smoked salt, paprika ice
