  • Developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery, master distiller, Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy
  • Eighty percent (80%) of the blend is Tequila produced from natural wild yeast, and twenty percent (20%) of the blend is Tequila produced from champagne yeast imported from France

Tasting Notes

Aroma: cognac, cooked agave, caramel, sweet orange

Palate:full agave sweetness, honey, vanilla, toasted pepper and oak, some bourbon notes, leans towards a heavier aging profile

Alma del Jaguar is crafted by the Vivanco family, 5th generation tequileros, using traditional methods designed to highlight natural flavors of the agave plant and the terroir of the Los Altos region. Alma del Jaguar was created to help protect wild jaguars in Mexico and the U.S. They donate directly to conservation organizations like the Northern Jaguar Project who manage the Northern Jaguar Reserve in Sonora, Mexico and help protect the northernmost population of wild jaguars in the world.
